Already 12 in the 17-strong fleet of 7.5tonners that distribute to the company’s 41 retail outlets within a 50mile radius of Scarborough are fitted with 6.5m long split compartment bodies from Aire Truck.  A nearside compartment running the full length of the body covers around 30% of load area and is temperature controlled to handle the movement of chilled confectionery.  The remainder is allocated to bakery products at ambient.
