Aire Truck Bodies - Street Scene in York
Following the delivery of 17 vehicles with bodies from Aire Truck Bodies last year, City of York Council has this year already taken delivery of a further eight - six tippers and two dropsides, the latter with Ratcliff tail lifts.
Acquired as part of an on-going replacement programme, all eight have already
joined the city's Street Scene department handling the movement of equipment and
materials to cover all from verge repairs to street and park sweeping.
The vehicles were supplied through Ford dealer, Polar York. The bodies were
built at Aire Truck Bodies plant at Shipley.
